The current production capacity 140000MT from high quality special steel long products.
The main production facilities are:
EAF, 45 ton – LRF, 45 ton – VD, 45 ton – Con. Cast unit, 160x160 mm. – Billet inspection line, Reheating furnace, Controlled hot rolling line, NDT, Straightening, Heat Treatment, Peeling, bundling and backing.
ARCOSTEEL has been certified for ISO 9001 & ISO14001.ARCOSTEEL laboratories are certified from national and international
In 2007, ARCOSTEEL exported more than 100000 tons to European market, mainly Italy, German, Spain, UK and France, KSA, Jordan, and Tunisia.
Products are long products of high quality special steel according to any international standards
Sizes for round bars: 30 to 140 mm
sizes for billets: 80x80 to 160x160 mm
Heat Treatments are available:
Normalizing
Quench and Tempering (sizes 30 to 70 mm)
Soft Annealing (sizes 30 to 140 mm)
Untreated cond.
We are regularly Selling: hot rolled round steel bars, hot rolled steel billet, cast billet, quenched round round steel bars, annealed round steel bars.
